Hello Everyone,
I appricate all the kind words said about our facility. I will be posting some pics of our showroom and our staff in the next couple days so you can see how Smart we are . We are waiting on cars, Smart has told us they are going to begin shipping at the beging of this week. We should have some cars here to see or drive by the end of the week so im crossing my fingers and hoping they wont push it back any further. You reservation holders have been so patient. So im excited and its so good to here from reservation holders everyone has been in such good spirit about Smart.
I know the process isn't really clear to some people I'd be happy to answer any question to the best of me knowledge.

Hi Sean,

My Smart might come this year (#1342). I'm in Solomons Maryland, so the Alexandria dealership is closer, but it's in another state. Do you think I will get my car from you, or will they send me to Virginia?

The reservations are distributed by Zip Code. If you can post your zip code, I would be happy to tell you If Smart Germantown will be your Smart Center.
About your reservation # currenly there is no way to track orders yet by Reservation #. I belive they will be releasing a way to track orders soon.

Just checked my zip codes and couldnt find yours. I would try Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. I think there the closest to you.

Got to meet Sean and they are still no where near ready, but they do have six units sitting there, a couple of demos and some customer cars.

That yellow is very sunny!

It is much different to experience the vehicle in a no rush situation when you can really look at it and spend some time understanding it.
