Thanks for the 2 cents. Actually bridge loans are good when they work. Did that when we moved here. Took our camper back to Az. to wait for our buyer to close.Unfortunatly,the tytle company missed the loan and did not pay it off.
In short,we caught it,because we went to the company before leaving town to get the papers, and went to the bank and they,'took it from one pocket and put it in the other'.
Not to worry,we will get an equity loan,just to cover our selves. Have another house for sale,but probly not befor the car gets here. Will beat them out of a car loan but,isn't that what it is about?
As far as production is concerened,don't you think,with the long time line involved,and attrition, they might juggle the vins. a little, when they get to port? They have to have some exact matches,and the ones that don't match are orphans in the storm. But are still wanted by someone.
