I picked up my new smart CABRIO from Ben Emerick, from Smart Center in Pittsburgh from Rahal on 3/6/2008. Both sales & service are very knowledgeable and helpful. I live a three hours drive from Pittsburgh, and had to have my shifter replaced after 2 weeks of driving. They flatbedded my smart to and from Pittsburgh, under warranty, repaired car in a very satisfactory manner.
