smart center Riverside got in 14 cars today but as the manager told me they are stacked in like a cord of wood, and all need to be prepped. Mine is one of them but I will have to wait to maybe even Monday to get mine.

I'm getting a blue/silver pasison and was told the cars arrived thursday night and they were prepping the showroom cars only on friday and the other should be done today (monday). The dealer was going to call me back friday afternoon with a status update and never called. I must say I'm a little disappointed with the lack of excitement by the dealership and marketing by smart as a whole.

Did you drop by on Monday to pick up your car?

I think you were there when I was getting my car.

Call John Gaddis to try to get on the orphan list or order a smart on the smart USA website.

My wife and I took delivery of our car a couple of weeks ago. My overall experience with the dealership here has been positive. John, the franchise manager as well as the service advisor have been helpful and unfailingly courteous. The parts department has an inventory of accessory goodies.

The smart center here is a new branch of Walter's Auto Sales, a long-time Mercedes agency and in more recent years also very successful Porsche and now Audi dealers. Parts and service for smart are around the corner at the Mercedes store. I've been a satisfied customer of Walter's for 32 years. Considering that the smart is new to us all (including the dealers), I think they are doing a very decent job.
