Just had the 20K service and a replacement of the AC/Heater blower (under warranty) at Walter's Mercedes in Riverside CA. Excellent service, they shuttled me over to the Tyler Mall while I waited for the repairs to be completed. Did some X-mas shopping and ate a little lunch. The smart repairs were completed on-time and the car was fully vacuumed. It was raining like crazy, so no car wash this time. Thanks again to Walter's Mercedes for their excellent service!

Walter's in Riverside replaced the rear wiper housing seal: leaky rear hatch fixed under warranty. Washed the smartmobile, and vacuumed the inside...
