Sorry you feel that way. I picked up my smart on May 2nd, and ever since I received a personal phone call last March from Jason, I have had the best new car purchase experience at Niello's smart center Sacramento in my 42-year adult life. From my perspective, the entire crew has been extremely caring, honest and responsive to our questions, special needs and concerns.
Considering the fact that we have all been waiting for our cars for a long time and all these dealerships are only four months old, I think they've done a remarkable job getting our cars delivered in a timely fashion, with very few mishaps and at prices that we had expected. Knowing that the majority of our buying experiences have been conducted via the Internet, smart canter Sacramento has personalized the process and made each of us to feel like we were their only customers.
Fortunately, I won't have to go past Sacramento to purchase parts/accessories, obtain professionalf service for my smart fortwo or just grab a cup of coffee and hang out with the staff who knows us on a first name basis and treats us like family. Good luck in San Jose!
