Because of the huge success of our orphan program, I am opening it up to all reservation holders in our area of responsibility. We have a way to organize the list by reservation number then preferences so we will still be able to make sure we don’t skip anyone.
Here’s what we need:

Colors in list of preference (1 yellow, 2 blue, etc.)
Tridion color
Interior color
All Phone #’s
Please keep the message simple and to this format because the information goes onto the list and the original is deleted.
Here’s how it works:
Notice to cancel is received from EXreservation holder (booo); we contact smart 1 to verify the cancellation (this takes 1-2 business days to finalize).
The reservation holders (in order of reservation number) with similar preferences or preferences of “ALL” are contacted by email.
If contacted, you will have by morning next business day to respond.
Responders are called in order of reservation number to confirm equipment and pricing.
You will be asked to “commit” to purchasing the vehicle so if you have not taken a test drive yet or are unsure about some color or option choices, please visit the center ASAP.
If you pass or are unable to commit at this time you will forfeit this chance but will remain on the list for future orphans.
You must be able to finalize transaction within 48 hrs.
