evens on 13 april

You might read this twice i think i posted it wrong the first time. Good morning to all I sent out a previous post about two events going on the same day, Sunday the 13th of April. I see this morning one has made the press in the wheels section of the union tribune. When I placed my post it was quite nice to hear such a quick response from smartshanna that I had choices on which event to go to. Also a private response from Howard to say he hoped I would attend at tio Leos. I originally thought it felt kind of odd in the beginning when I saw an original post about the announcement of Howard’s event, then later another plan for an event by someone else from the same region. At first I though why not one event on that day. I soon realized one group had already met in the past. Still I thought since one was a club and the other was a get together couldn’t we all go to tio Leos. I think I will be attending the one in the paper hosted by Mr. Singer it seems it really could increase the awareness of this great car and give a chance for the a club to grow in size. Also that is such a great idea to spell out smart with our cars. I hope all would try to attend this first get together to include smartshanna and that group this would give us all a chance to meet and have good time exchanges smart stories and ideas for future events.

Basically it comes down to one person who announces "there will be an event" DUES will be...
Then there is a group who talks... with each other... about "stuff" on these forums. The group decides things.
So we have already met once. Some of us have met twice. Some even more.
Some did not like the idea of someone who (for all I know) has never even done anything on these forums. He may be (and probably is) a great guy and has good intentions.
Some of the group thought his "approach" a little....... tacky.
Long story short... We decided on purpose to schedule our meet up at the same time as his.
Later we could actually all get together... maybe.

Just have to see how tomorrow goes.;)
