I brought my smart in for its 10k service, I didn't even have an appointment, I just called ahead and the service manager said they would did it while I awaited up in the "loft" -- great fun that, I got to play with the new radio display they have there.. David and I were swapping out our iPods and iPhones to watch movies, YouTubes, and listen to tunes -- and Michelle, mmm she is so sweet and gorgeous, it was great sitting there being able to chat with her as well ;)
Not only that, it was a work day for me so having the WiFi and power outlets to setup my laptop was great, I was able to keep a pulse on business and keep up on the constant throng of emails I get during the day...
The manager provided me with coffee, water, and even offered I take whatever I liked from the fruit basket in his office.
So, all around an excellent, enjoyably pleasant experience, as every visit has been for me thus far. Not long after that..
When I came down to pickup my car after it's oil change, oil filter change, and environmental filter... I see that they also detailed it for me for free, mmm boy did it need it, and they did a great job!

Great job, team, you folks rock! Whatever issues anyone may have had before, believe me they are now sorted..
Oh, and the new brand manager runs a tight ship! He is very enthusiastic about being engaged with the smart community, they will sponsor our events moving forward!
