I'd prefer something in the South Bay- Santana Row would be perfect- just a mile or so from my house. Weekend of April 5/6 doesn't work for me- we'll be gone for a couple of weeks starting that weekend. Earlier would be better for me.

I think we should plan on always having a meeting on the last sunday of each month. That way it's uniform and everyone that has already been to one knows when the next will be, plus we'll have an entire month to recruit more recently delivered smart owners

I understand, was just trying to take people from the greater Bay Area into account. Would you come to something further North during the March 30th weekend?

Was hoping to see more participants and an idea of what date/any location best suits the lion's share.

So far we have:

smart bird - March 30 / Okay with Crissy Field/SF
tivoboy - April 5 or 6 / Okay with SF?

You could try to coordindate with a dealer possibly, if they have people who have selected to receive promotion and marketing information from the dealership?

Maybe just let them know there is going to be a smart car enthusiast meet and greet (when and where TBD)

Once we set a date, we could make a little flyer and I can put it on the three cars here in Menlo Park, and whichever ones I see. Draw people to the site, and to other enthusiasts. I think ANYONE with a SMART TODAY is considered and enthusiast!

March 30th or April 6th would be OK with me. I would prefer South Bay but a drive in Rojito(little red one) up Hwy 1 from Santa Cruz to SF might be fun.
