I don't know if this helps, I picked up my smart Passion coupe on Friday and my reservation # was: 1203. If you have your VIN#, see if your salesman can print out your R11 Selected Unit Details form that gives you a fairly accurate ETA. Mine was May 12th, and my smart was delivered on May 1st. Good luck! It's well worth the wait!
