Hi Kathy and Welcome!

I live in San Carlos and just got the smart so not in the city, but in the area.

Welcome to the forum and the club, nice parking job behind the T-Bird!

Some of us are heading to the British auto show in Hayward next Saturday, so "motor on over" should you have the time or inclination.

ah HA!

1) I know where your SMART is..

2) You all call the black and white smart's Panda's?.. that's a first for me... If you peel any of my stickers off, I'm turning your Panda into either a cow or doggie =P... xD haha...

OK Larry you got me, I'll leave your stickers alone - just don't dot my car!

The salesman at smart center called mine a panda - but i've also heard zebra & penguin (ick! i don't much care for penguins - they're creepy).

And then there's Larry's cow.... a happy cow... from california... (sorry Larry, couldn't resist - see why you should get rid of those stickers

)

Haha Kathy, well Panda isn't that bad, it sounds cute, but it also sounds like an asian thing but maybe because I keep thinking of "Panda Express"? lol...

And hey we could rationalize about those panels on my car.. at least they are easily changeable and I'm not fixed with the cow theme forever

cows, dalmatians, pandas, zebras, snow leopards? it's all good!

oh, and uh, penguins.. i have nothing against Linux users or the funny honking little flightless birds.. but cant quite envision a smart car as one

(also not brave enough to put furry mirror covers, a tail or round circles around the smart eyes to make it a more formal panda)

I think somebody should take a white/Black smart and put a black nose and front fenders on it and call it Baby Shamu!

I intend to put a black "nose" on mine eventually, once the panels become more readily available. He'll still be a Zebra, but with a black muzzle. :-)
