Oh just a fyi...

The SF Bay region of the Mercedes Benz Club of America (MBCA) is holding a drive and opens it to smart owners .. here are excerpts .. The May drive is actually a weekend get away to the Gold Country... On Saturday, May 3, we will have a drive that starts in Folsom and ends in El Dorado Hills - with one stop at a winery and another to explore the town of Coloma. Sunday has us starting in El Dorado Hills and ending in the town of Jackson ..

They have regular drives, haven't met any of the people but sounds like well planned events..

this kinda snuck up on us, since June 1st is tomorrow, a Sunday! I'll be attending, if anyone else wants to meet up in Novato @10am, the starting point will be at San Marin Plaza, in the parking lot in front of the Apple Market.. look for blue and white balloons where you can sign-up, get maps of the day's drive and all that.

If you'd like to carpool up from San Francisco/Peninsula send me a PM and I'll pick it up tomorrow morning before I leave. I will be heading up from the South end of Pacifica around 8:30am, and can meet folks along the way if you're in SF for example ;)
