SOCSF - Smart Owners Club of San Francisco

Hi all,

just a quick note about Smart Owners Club of San Francisco, we have been around since last year and just launched new forums. Would like to partner with other clubs nationally and in the bay area for organized events, car shows, drives, etc!

I found out about this forum from the SF Benz / Smart Center SF dealer.

I have a 2008 smart fortwo passion and also driving classic cars of some sort (usually Minis!)

Everyone is welcome at SOCSF and there is currently no membership fee (though we will have tshirts and stuff for sale soon!)

Looking forward to hear from Bay Area people from Sacramento to San Jose, North Bay, East Bay, Peninsula, to Monterey!

Dear 'Starlord,'

I live about 50 miles east of Sacramento, and I was just notified that my 2008 smart fortwo passion should be arriving at the dealership within the next few weeks (fingers crossed). We'd love to join your club, or possibly help set up another related club in the greater Sacramento area. I can't think of a better area to drive our new Passion as part of a rally, etc. Potential roadtrips are boundless. Once we get our car and do a little exploring, I'd appreciate learning more about your club and its activities (past, present or future). Imagine 50 fortwos showing up to an environmental gathering.
