SOCSF - Turbo Meeting 3.0! May 6th - WEDNESDAY! (Corrected Title)

Hey Folks!

Sorry I had to start a new thread as I couldn't seem to change the title on the other one... and to minmize any confusion this next gathering will be on WEDNESDAY! On May 6th.

Carl suggested Orgasmic Pizza place this time in the city.

So we'll meet at SF Mercedes around 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm and then leave shortly after to Orgasmic Pizza.

Had a great time last month, nice conversations on various topics.

On a more personal note, in a few more hours I'll be heading over to SF Mercedes to get the 2009 tranny flash upgrade and afterwards I'll be installing DTH headers on my turbocharged smart car. At the end of the day I'll find out how much difference using my butt dyno and how much louder it'll become. For those of you interested, no need to wonder, just come next wednesday! Feel free to take the car out for a spin!

This is all subject to change and open to FEEDBACK!!! This is setup for you guys! So please let me know what works better for the majority of you guys

yeah i purchased the headers first im getting the turbo next almost have the cash together.. oh yeah you think the smart madess ecu remap would also help or does the piggy back ecu from the turbo over write the main ecu?

Hi Foy,

If you get the Turbo you will not need to do the ECU flash. The Turbo will come with its own piggy back computer and it is not necessary to do the flash.

We are also working with the manufacturer on several new maps for the turbo. Once those are tested they will be offered at no charge to those that want to upgrade to newer software that may give the car even more power.

Sadly, I can't make this meeting. Even worse, due to the down turn in the economy, I'm on spending probation for any new toys for the foreseeable future.

Hopefully, Turbo 4.0 I will be able to support... Any chance for a Tu or Th in June?

i'll try and make the 6th. although i'm a bit confused since people are posting replies to both the cinco de mayo (arriba!) meeting and the wednesday meeting (albeit for different purposes.

Nonono this isn't just for turbos other wise it'll just be a one car meet! I just put the "turbo meeting" as an ADJ. not to specify what cars can come haha... everyone is welcomed! I was just saying you guys can come and drive the turbo cow
