I respectfully disagree. I think the Prowler front end befits the "roadster" look. The smart front end looks like they "gave up" and just rounded everything off.

But, to be fair, I had a PT Cruiser that I traded in on my smart. And I liked the look of the PT Cruiser.

I think Smart could use this design for the next Smart Roadster. A low cost roadster that gets good gas mileage is right for the current economy.

Hate to say it but I'd need a roof. and a bigger windshield. It gets cold in Minnesota. The original Roadster was discontinued because there were so many roadster type cars available that they didn't have a good market for them in Europe.

Well I stopped back in there today, and learned that they were not interested in my 126 or so smart die casts as trade ins. Back to the drawing board.

It could be like the Miata and have a choice of a rag top or a removable hard top? If it is a kit, one could customize it to what one wants?
