Is that just a sneaky way to get around getting it titled?

One man's sneaky is another man's opportunity. I guess it depends on how bad you want a roadster.

It is up to $19,502.00 with 4 days 23 hours left. AND NO title. Bill of sale isn't gonna fly. Expensive farm vehicle. What ever floats your boat.

I know the dealer selling the car. i just spent half hour on the phone with him. he was able to wrangle it out of another dealers private collection so its been taken really good care of. I know another person in florida that pent 40 grand to get a smart roadster in the states. roadsters are rare and when you compare 20 grand to 40 its a deal. when it comes to titling and licensing there is always a way.. kit car would be the bast way to go. on side note if your a dealer you dont have to title it and you can just use your dealer plates, hence the reason for it not being title the two owners have never had to

Do you feel that there is a real market for roadsters in USA ?

This car is absolutely fantastic with incredible handling ! It is pretty similar with the old Porsche 914 ... but much more modern and secure !!!
