Evidentally the image (fake or otherwise) is currently not available.
However the news of the possible reintro of the forfour was reported in News and Rumors last week in this thread

I still see the photo so not sure what the problem is with others viewing it. As my crystal ball is in the shop for repairs, I'll take the OP's word that this is the real deal.

you probably had it cached in your memory. once you restart your browser it will likely be gone.

it appears that it was taken down. pretty normal procedure when, as i stated, it is a fake. there are things like this for every car all over the internet. it was a photoshoped rendition of somebody's dream. nothing more than that. i think it would be a cool car.

If they do come out with it, I hope that it will come to the States.

un-inspired and clearly photo-chop, the jpg artifacts are duplicated in numerous places. The plates are not BB either.

Nobody took it down. I can still see it:

You may use altavista´s "babel fish translation" to translate another source:

http://www.n-tv.de/903966.html

As you can read there, it was Rainer Schmueckle, member of the board of Mercedes Benz Cars, who said on the autofair in Detroit, Mercedes needs more smaller cars and the 44 was a good idea, but perhaps only badly implemented.

German dealers said yesterday, they would be very happy, if Mercedes would build further models:

Headline: "Smart dealers with satisfying yield - Increasing interest in further models".
