Those are 16" "spikelines" from the Smart roadster and available for sale on several Euro sources...

Our 451s ues 23mm and 22.5mm pos offsets... the Spike lines I think... are 35mm and 1mm

I'm not a big fan of 3 spoke rims either, but would love some different options from stock.
