buy/sell OEM rims ?

I've had my Pure for three months now. I have researched the question I am about to ask. EXTENSIVELY. There is contracdictory information as to wether or not you can put rear wheels on the front.

Can you or can't you?

Here is what I want to do:

I've got the Pure's steel wheels. I like the look with the wheel covers off. They already have a cap and I bought black lug bolt covers...unique look.

I'd like to get two rear steel wheels, put on front w/ the bigger tire.

Someone PLEASE end my confusion!!!!!!!!!!
