Can you - yes. Should you - in a word, no. Wrong size, drilling holes weakens the wheel, electronic stability program would freak out, etc. Pretty much an unsafe solution to the spare tire problem.
There are plenty of other "SAFER" options posted here. I recommend all of them over the one you are thinking of. It would be safer to lash a log to that position and drag it than to use that wheel!
