Can I use this spare tire

I have a small temporary tire from my RX7 , 5 holes can I drill the 3 bolts pattern from the smart and use it as a spare?

The smart car is the spare tire. Put it in the bed of a truck then when the truuck runs out of gas or it breaks down the you back the smart down and go

Can you - yes. Should you - in a word, no. Wrong size, drilling holes weakens the wheel, electronic stability program would freak out, etc. Pretty much an unsafe solution to the spare tire problem.

There are plenty of other "SAFER" options posted here. I recommend all of them over the one you are thinking of. It would be safer to lash a log to that position and drag it than to use that wheel!
