The guy I used charging $50/wheel for single color (including cleaning/stripping) and $25/wheel for additional color.
Just an idea for you. Try to get heavy duty paint stripper from any auto parts or home improvement store. It is like $25 for 1 gallon.
I used it to clean my boat trailer and it works very good. You can finish the job with sandblasting.
