I'm guessing you mean how to remove the wheel.
Find jack point (consult manual)
Set parking brake and set gear selector to P
Jack corner of the car closest to wheel being removed
If front wheel, jack until wheel is almost off the ground, loosen lug bolts, then jack the rest of the way up
Remove lug bolts
Remove wheel
Reverse prosedure to install wheel, torque lugs to 95 ft/lbs

It's not clear what you're asking. Are you really asking how to remove the wheel or are you asking how to remove the tire from the wheel?

If you're asking how to remove the wheel then you might be wanting to do something that you should have someone else do. However, that is something that every driver should not only know how to do but should actually do it to make certain the correct tools are available and that the wheel is not corroded on the hub and that the lug nuts have been properly torqued.
By the way, if you don't have a torque wrench and this is something that you do intend to be doing then get one.
This is a safety issue. I would not want cars on the road that have had wheels installed imcompetently.

On the other hand, if you are actually asking how to remove the tire, well, that is something that is very difficult to do without proper and expensive equipment. Take it to a tire shop for that.
