I found a company that will make custom 3 bolt 17's

They can make any style rim in any finish including custom.

They need to know the front rear offset and the bore size for the 451.

Anyone have this info accurate? My searches have turned up 3 answers.

If I can get a set of these high quality rims made for my car and everything goes well...I will post this for the forum.

Yikes... that's about all that y'all are talking about over there. Tough to start a board up from scratch, huh?;)

OH bud...you started the topic...So .... WHO the HELL is it?

What? You have a secret? You selfishly want to be the only one on the block with the special rims?

If that is case, why brag before you even have them....

Yes this is a nastly and snotty post...get over it..... I am tired of these neener neener posts.....

If you know a suplier of parts and bits for the 451 smart fortwo...then let us all pester them to get stuff.... sheesh!

Rota rims... blahhhhh

Rota rims are kinda crappy...

my ex had them and got them for 400 for a set on a 94 civic. I am pretty sure they arent that expensive.

Post a valid reason that Rota rims "are kinda crappy" aside from being considered a budget wheel.

She had one of them crack on her after hitting a medium size pothole while going 40... so structurally I wouldnt want my new smart car riding on them... This is about 3 months after getting them and driving in Orange county (decent roads) A civic isn't that heavy and she wasn't riding the low profiles that a lot of people run these days.. They were a decent set of bridgestones.

I also have friends who bought them in the Philippines and brought them back...only to have them get dented/curbed/bent with no way to replace them since they come from overseas...
