New psi front tires

Now the rainy season starts again in Florida, and I notice that the rain sensor requires more drops of water to star functioning, I comment this to the dealer and he said dirty glass for me this is an excuse not to look into the problem.
Any one had this problem?
After the wipers starts to cycle is ok and then when they stop is low sensitivity again.
Also did the program the transmission , waiting on more data on gas milage.
Also note the new stiker now the front tires are at 29 psi and before was 26 psi .Thanks

The problem I've had is with the wipers being too sensitive. SPecifically, if the window isn't clean (road grime) a misty trail behind the wipers makes the sensor think the glass is immediately besieged by more water. Thanks to Dunerunner, I now know to give my windshield a spritz of washer to clear up the problem.

See if you have any difference when you spritz your windshield washers.

Try to use dark colored text...

The stickers on all of our smarts has stated that the front tires should be at 29psi.

The reason the OP's first part is faded is because it is the subject of another thread. This one is specifically about the new tires psi as posted on the new labels.
For the rain sensor, go to:
Rain Sensor Sensitivity

Note: John H post has been copied in the above thread.

Indeed. All Ball is a 2008 built in September, and his door jamb sticker has always stated 29 psi for the front tires and 36 psi for the rear.

Hmmm. I've seen this in other posts and wondered why the poster wanted to make their words illegible. I don't follow the reasoning. I have to highlight the text to read it.

Nothing official for another month or two, but overnight was a pretty good imitation. Looks like I can avoid replacing the sprinkler controller for another week.
