Polishing Stock Rims?

Completely agree about the black wheels as well. But regarding the chrome - for me they look better on other colors, but somehow seem a little excessive to me on black. Not always, but a lot of times. Thanks for your input guys.

I'm from old school and like everything chromed and shiny. I guess black is OK but it's not for me. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So go black if it turns you on and I'll go chrome. To each his own .

I slept on it and didn't buy a pair of almost new stock rims that had been chromed with wheels for $850, pretty good deal considering I see some Ebay seller is offering a trade in deal where you send him $1,600 and he sends you a set of stock chrome rims and then when you send him your original rims he gives you a refund of $1,000 so you will be paying $600 for chrome.

Anybody thinking of paitning the center spokes BLACK, similar to the Breathless car? I just installed the BPP stealth exhaust, filter and air-scoop and think his wheels look sharp.
Another idea that caught my eye was to paint the wheel ALL black and add a 1/4" red line near the tire - on the outside of the lip.
