I hope those wheels are very inexpensive as I'd hate to hit the curb with it. Ouch!

Ordered the schmidt space wheels for my cab.exact set that is on the one in the pix. Will get the lowering springs from Eibach as soon as they are in stock. Some time in March. Of course I wont be putting them on until the salt gets washed off the roads in spring rain.

I want gold/chrome BBS style wheels. I made a little photo edit to give an example. I wonder how I will be able to do this as I do not want to use adapters. Does anyone know if you can order "blank" wheels. I work at a machine shop and could easily drill holes myself.

I own a machine shop, and had the same idea as you. Buy blanks and drill them. Unfortunately, due to liability issues, the wheel mfgs won't sell blanks.

Have you thought about drilling through the brake rotor/hub for the fronts and drum/hub rear, then tapping the hubs.
Could go with 4x100 bolt pattern and mindblowing wheel selection.
Would need to take apart first to see what you are up against and copy the same thing smart did with a new bolt pattern.

I've thought about redrilling. I've done it before for old VWs. Just need to check out material thickness to support threads. As soon as I get my car (April) I'll be looking into it.

Nice photoshop! I think you can get blanks but only from limited suppliers. BBS might be one.
