I swapped out my wheels the other day. Now i'm looking to confirm what i was suppose to do originally
- Was there a jack that came with the car?
-Using a floor jack, what spot do i place the jack at?
...no jack with the car..
...under the car there are 4 kidney shape cut-out/recess area in the floor protecting cover behind the front wheels and in front of the rear wheels...you will need some kind of spacer/filler to place in that area to lift the car by the frame and not the cover...a hockey puck works great..
The hockey puck/floor jack combo works great. I use it for changing from snow tires to the regular ones. A little off topic: where are the best places to put jack stands?
