I recently purchased the 3 to 5 lug adapters from AllSprings:
Smart Fortwo, Roadster H&R Wheel Spacers DR 15mm 3x112
The sales representative, Kevin Foote, writes, "I need the length of the threaded portion and thread pitch of the wheel studs in the car. You will have to pull out one of the bolts and measure it. "

Does anyone have the information, please?
I'm assuming you need this information to get the correct bolts?
The only way to do this correctly is to fit your wheels with the adapters and the spacers on and have a shop measure it. Or if the spacer is built into the adapter (which I am assuming it is) just put it on. You need to make sure you have enough thread I assuming for the new bolts? I would take it to your local wheel and tire place to have someone physically measure it and get the correct bolts for length, pitch and if its conical or ball seat.
All they do is take the length of your bolt and add the extra thickness of the adapter to work out the new bolt length.
From what I remember the bolts are M12 with a 1.5mm pitch.
The smart wheel bolts are a common size, crossing with the vw rabbit among others. I switched mine to vw so that I could have a 4 way lug wrench that works.
Be careful!!! Before I decided to make my own adaptors, I looked into the H&Rs from Allsprings, however they appear to be only spacers, not adaptors. Verify from them, before you order, that they have (5) m12 threaded holes.
Spacers will do you no good.

Those are wheel spacers, not 3-to-5 lug adapters. H & R doesn't make adapters because they won't pass TUV regulations.
Also, there is no way a 15mm spacer will hold a lug bolt properly due to insufficient depth. The only way you can fudge them up to work is to drill the hub/rotor, and then your wheel will still stick out 15mm aditionally.
I converted my 914 restoration to the 5 lug 911 pattern, and had the rotors drilled. No Porsche parts sellers would stock adapters as they are highly not recommended, even for a street-only car.

That's what I was confused about in his post. I thought H&R maybe had an all in one wonder!
