The buzzer went off when I saw these three words:
MADE IN CHINA
Uhm... no thanks.

So does your mouse, keyboard, your computer LCD. I bet the AC adapter that is used to power your computer is made in China too. Even some BMWs are made in China now. What's there to be buzzer-ed about in caps, bold fonts?
I have traveled extensively and worked, collaborated, overseen a number of projects with engineers in China. Just because products are made in China doesn't imply that they are of low quality. There are factories that meet ISO9000, 9001, 14000 standards and there are those that don't meet the requirements. Much like in ANY country. Not every leather factory in Italy produces top-notch leather workmanship. It's up to the outsourcing company to decide if they want to work with these factories.
Get used to and appreciate the made in China mark. It won't be long before China decides to raise their minimum wage and then all of a sudden you can't afford anything from Walmart.

Good point, Vince. 50 years ago people had the same reaction to "Made in Japan." Now we have Lexus, Infinity, Nikon, Canon, etc. (who, BTW, make some of their products and accessories in Chinese factories.) Global market whether we like it or not. Nice wheels, I like the look.

Yep, which is why (along with the cost) I'm in no hurry for a bigger tire/wheel upgrade.

Heck,
I can't afford any wheels, so by the time I can, after I get my car that is. There should be more then enough companies making them for me to choose from. Those are good looking wheels though.

The infamous attack on Pearl Harbor, December 7, 1941 might have had everything to do with that reaction and nothing to do with quality or lack thereof.
