I had to insist on the 17''7.5 and 17"9.5 Schmidt Revolution's own site lists also 17"8.5 I think alot of the suppliers have 16" in stock and they don't want to be stuck with them.(they didn't think we would want them and I think they didn't know schmidt was making 17"s for them.)
the clearance in the front is extremely close to strut base I was concerned also. Not just the rim but the tire also. I put them on and even got the front to slide alittle in both directions and no sign of rubbing any where. Don't think adjustments in camber or caster would have any bearing on the hub to strut base clearance, it should stay the same. 16" will give you more tire sidewall and probably a better ride. The rear has room to go even bigger in all directions. Suprised me!
The vortex generators, weather you think they work or not. I got off ebay for $19 the site for them is www.vortekz.com

check out Schmidt Revolutions site for specs on the rims. I don't think alot of the venders know or like I said they have stock they don't want to get stuck with)

Just don't put too wide tires on this thing, it'll look like a rollerskate.

They are not going to be cheap...but wow they are nice!
Naa. Call (415) 229-3191 or (702) 505-4814 and ask for Steve. They import the Schmdit Space line. Many customers on the board here bought from them. As far I know they have several sets in stock right now

And the are in stock - limited edition. Call Fog City Performance out of San Francisco and they have them in stock. You may want to give them a call direct on (415) 229-3191. They also own the tuner shop in Las Vegas (702) 505-4814. They import the wheels and wholesale them through Dealers.
