Evilution.co.uk?

Thought I saw the drawing for the 5 stud adapter on there with the dimensions; could be wrong though.

the smart 450s and 451 are 3 lug on a 112.5mm circle

stock rims have 23mm or 22.5mm pos offset

there are a few sources for 3 to 5 lug adapters at 112.5mm so other Mercedes wheels can be used

5 lug 112mm pugeot rims do not fit the 112.5mm circle

Adapters obviously add width (usually 25mm to 40mm) to the hub so playing with rim offsets is required to keep the tire centered or tucked properly

Much more info is in the modification forum in some 17" rim threads
