I would think smarts SSI score is well deserved. I have nothing but great things to say about the sales folks at my local dealer and the car has been a hoot to drive, at least until Saturday before last.
The parts distribution folks at smartusa who haven't managed to deliver the parts needed to get my car back on the road after over a week in the shop are another matter. Warranty repairs for parts known to be problematic should not take over a week. (My car has the infamous "stuck in park" shifter problem and had to be hauled to the dealership on a flat bed tow truck.)
Smart's customer service folks can't even tell me if the parts are available on this side of the Atlantic...
