elynmiller23, whom did you talk to at scAlexandria (if that's "your" Dealer)?
In my experience, it took 3 weeks from roll-on to delivery!!!

I spoke with Gary and he was really helpful, he is the one who got me my VIN. The guy who told me the estimated delivery date was just a sales guy I think his name was Spencer? I would love it if I really got my Smart by the 27th of July!

Try this:
Cargo Tracking

Click on "Auto cargo"
Enter (copy/paste) your VIN in the "Cargo ID" box
Click "Track"
And... ?

Gary L. is very helpful, but he doesn't track VINs on ships... at least as far as I know.

In my case, it took 14 days from roll-on to roll-off, and one more week through PDI. So your ETDelivery is most plausible, the 28-29th...

I am in that group as well. Heard from my Orlando Smart Dealer just yesterday that it will be in hand on or before August 18.

My car is on the Fidelio with some of the above cars also. It left Bremerhaven on the 7th and is due in Baltimore the 20th. smart Center Lincolnwood says it is due in July 30 and I can pick it up in early August. I haven't been this excited since I bought my Porsche!
