We have received the same email and a phone call. Yesterday we received an email asking us to take a test drive also another phone call. In our conversations with Samantha recently she said our car would be delivered to the dealership some time in September. Our DDE says 8/4 to 11/2 and has been at that for thirtheen days. Reservation # 1323. I hope this information helps someone.

I got a similar email from my dealer the end of July, and my car is due first week of September. So yours should be near.

Sounds like yours is on the ship. My EDD was moving every day, until the day they said my car was going to be here in 30 to 90 days. They gave me my VIN number and I was able to track it. My car was shipped they same day. And then my EDD Froze. That was on 8/8/8. My EDD is 8/7/8. I would say your car was shipped on 8/5/8. My car is due into Baltimore tommorrow according to the web site vessle tracking. The dealer says It should be ready for pick up on 3rd September. In the mean time, I've got my financing approved, and all my dealer options on order. Hope this helps someone.

I finally got the vin #. Cargo tracking says our car was unloaded on Aug 22. I'm figuring two weeks to get from Baltimore to Detroit. Decided against any dealer options. Just adding additional warranty and tire coverage. Dealer isn't giving us any pick up date yet.

We got the call today. The car was unloaded in Baltimore on Friday the 22 and is expected to be delivered to the dealer today Aug 28 or Aug 29. That makes it a week from Baltimore to Detroit.

If you email blocked it, then from what I hear, you got bumped 3 - 6 months. I would contact the 800 smart usa guys and ask them. They see everything and if you even got the email and missed it, they can resend it and maybe you get your car in 4 months.
