At last,
today is the first date of my DDE window. I made resevation on last year May.

But, I haven't contacted from any smart people yet.

Do I have to just wait until sombody contacting or do I need to call smart dealer? (if yes, which dealer?)

Call your nearest dealer, Have you had any contact with anyone from smart?, any E-mails?, any letters? How you know your DDE?

I was never contacted by Smart USA or the dealer regarding my car via e-mails or phone until I started to bug them, but I never received any official e-mail or call telling me my car would be in in 90, 60, or even 30 days...Also, if you call Smart they will probably just tell you that within 90 days

No emails so far, other than reservation confirmation and configuration confirmation, that was long time ago.

I can check my DDE on smart web site (with my email address that I used for the reservation)
