From a PopMech (or PopSci?) magazine article at a friend's house I reserved March 30 2007. Got official notice May 16 2007 due to startup delays. I am highly sympathetic to such things and PAG on down deserve huge credit for so smoothly bootstrapping such an immense undertaking. It ain't easy but they are pros.
