the one thing I can say about the Dallas dealership is they have really been nice. But you need to be there at the right time to get an orphan. I was on their orphan list since June with about 300 ahead of me and I just walked in and they were getting in what I wanted in 4 days

Configed mine on April 21st reserved in September I think (been to long to remember) and like a couple other people on here showing a Sept 27 arrival date. I contacted Smart Corp and they couldn't give me a vin yet and said it will still be a little while. My Smart center in West Covina, California knew nothing else either. So I wait impatiently!!!
