Nope, no flames. But you identify an interesting thing. I wonder if those smart centers intergrated with M-B dealerships are going to have unduely pricey intergrated service bays. I'm glad that my s.c. is a non-M-B stand-alone.

Service costs on my Mazda were way more than our Mercedes-Benz. It is funny how many people just assume a Mercedes-Benz is more expensive.

Sounds as if the SMARTs have to run their own books and operation, separate from any other business they are co-located with. SMART must have set up their own system and cost structure. Costs are all by the book anyway, so the key is what the labor rates are.
