Wow.... Don't deal with this guy. One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had.

He pre-approved me via phone for a vehicle that was already sold...called me the next morning to tell me it was a mistake and it was already sold...right as I was getting in the car to head to the dealership. He then promised to call me back in 15 minutes about a second chance offer, but after 3 hours passed I couldn't reach him.

When I called (for the 6th+ time...its been f-ing 3 hours) he blew me off telling the receptionist to let me know he was with a customer. I asked for a different salesman and that very nice guy accidentally (without knowing the situation) told me that he could see the other salesman standing there and was not helping any customer at all. Wow. He couldnt bother to call me back for 2 minutes to admit the mistake was final.

Not to bust on anyone in particular at Cherry Hill but.... When I called inquiring about an orphan a few weeks ago, I was offered three. All had between $1800 and $3000 worth of extras added. Those numbers came from whoever the salesman was I talked to. When I said I'd like to get one without the extras, I was told that they accessorize ALL the orphans and it was "just the way it is". Ended up driving farther to Edison and buying at MSRP + nothing! I think most dealers will stop with the accessorizing now that the orphans are piling up. Edison has three coupes and fifteen Cabrios available! Ask for Paul. He was great to work with

edison is where i got my bumblebee, and i was treated great. while i wasn't able to talk them into any perks (had to buy my own hat), i wasn't pushed to buy anything i didn't want. i know danny is their "internet" dude, but paul is a good guy. he'll really work for you, and keep in touch (i STILL talk to him two weeks after the sale!).

I just like how they add all these add ons that cost next to nothing and charge so much for them. Like the navigation, the unit they use is about $1000 and they try to sell it for 4500
