Any interest in....[NJ smart club]

... a bona fide, northern NJ smart club? I know about GSS, and I am in no way trying to demean or insult the club. However, myself and the manager of my smart centre were recently discussing the idea of establishing a local smart club, with regular meetings, scheduled events, (very reasonable) dues, officers, club gear and logos, and the assistance of an actual official smart centre. If anyone might be interested in such a concept, please feel free to PM me. Nothing would be required at this point except an expression of interest, and of course a fondness for these wonderful little cars. Thanks everyone!

I sent a PM to you. I am in Bergen County great idea. The big question is how many of us SMART lovers in Northern NJ are on this forum.

I do not take it as demeaning or insulting. I was just trying to start a group. I have not been very successful so far. I hope you are more successful than I am. I hope your group grows big and has great meet and greets and other events.

I just created a name - Garden State Smarts - to see what every one thought about it and if they had a better idea to submit it. It could end being a group of one; me.

I was not insulted. I am glad some one else is trying to get a group together in New Jersey. It would be great to work together. Perhaps a group for all of New Jersey with a North Jersey section and a South Jersey group? Perhaps a New Jersey Smarts North and a New Jersey Smarts South? Just throwing out some ideas.
