They are not helpful so far and have told me they truly don't know how to insure the car. So far they are just insuring it based off of some guidelines. I was wondering if Allstate had given anyone the insurance code to the car or had recieved any helpful info when getting a quote through allstate?
I have Allstate for my Smart Fortwo and my Dad's Ford Focus. The insurance covers my Fortwo with a total replacement for the first three years I have it. I will check my records for the code (its at home and I am at work).

Great thank you. I too have allstate for everything else but I just talked to them again to have them correct the assumption for vehicle value since they listed the msrp at 20k and I'm buying a pure lol.
I am paying about 145 a month which is 1740 per year but that is not only for the 2008 Smart Fortwo but also for a 2007 Ford Focus. If one assumes half is for one vehicle, then it is about 870 per year per vehicle.
seems about right then. My driving record is not spotless (lead foot) and they were quoting me just a bit more. I'll probably stick with them as I've had good luck in the past with them.
