And wait, and wait. Don't expect me to get my Smart serviced there. After this treatment, I will drive to north Milwaukee and Bergstrom motors.Maybe if I were a MB buyer I would get my car in less than a 5 day wait, but , for a Smart buyer they have NO interest in customer service.My next Smart will come from Bergstrom.

I had no luck whatsoever with CH. I reached out to them in numerous ways via emails, phone and even onsite visits. Most of the times the salesman there were clueless even the ones that I dealth with in prior communications. The kicker was when I knew my car had to be somewhere close to getting there based on the data of others. However no number of interactions could yeild the info. I was told it would likely be a month or more before it would be in. I had at the time been considering another alternative and decided to go for it. I brought my new car home, a Honda Fit, and the very same day I had a message from CH dealer saying my Smart WAS ON THE LOT! The salesman was again impossible to get ahold of and I ended up leaving him a voicemail message saying I decided to pass on the car. Even though I still find the Smart a very neat car I am so glad I don't have to deal with that dealership.

Try Edison, they were good to work with when I got min, they have Orpahns almost all the time, and not over optioned.

Do not get close to englewood..NJ SMART.they sock!!! 3 tmes for service all bad experiences.
