rrrucke, I'm getting mine from Edison. I spoke with someone yesterday and they said they haven't heard anything else. They said they had gotten a small shipment (8 cars) on the 16th but only 2 of those were orders. He also said the computer system wasn't up and running yet but when it is they will be able to check on the orders. I hope it comes in soon!! When did you order yours?
When I got my smart at the Englewood dealer, the manager told me that they deliver only 4 cars (my car was number 4) and that’s it. No information of the next truck or when they will get more cars ( Kind of crazy considering that each dealer has a list of 300 reservations
IWantMySmart, I received a call on Tuesday that the car is ready for pick up at Edison. I have a Saturday time scheduled because I prefer not to take delivery on a car in the dark. More to come and YIPPEE KI YA! Thanks, Regina
Let's hope the weather holds for you. We had about 2" of snow down outside of Atlantic City today. The smart was certainly easier to clean off than my Expedition ;-) The roads were pretty well clean by the time I got out of work, so I didn't get a chance to find out how the car handled in the snow.
