Guys,
I sincerely apologize for not responding to some of your emails. I am the point of contact to the biggest smart center in the United States. Please do not take offense as I have not yet returned your emails. Simply put, I am trying my hardest to answer EVERYBODY, but I am only one person and being swamped and backed-up is an understatement.
I HAVE to give my priority to customers who walk in through the front door. It would go the same for ANY OF YOU walking in to the door. Emails are adequate, but phone calls are better. Even better than that is physically coming to my showroom so I can assist you in person.
Again, I apologize for not responding back to your emails. My customers are important to me, and my boss Ray Catena, would have a heart attack if he knew my customers were unhappy.
