Mercer County Park has some sheltered areas in case of inclement weather. It is a really nice park. It is not far from Route One. I will chose a date and try to get an e-mail out to all NJ, PA and DE members.

How about the 30th of August at Mercer County Park? I will take photographs of different parts to see which would be more ideal for the location. There is a lake with a building near it. Would there be a preference for AM or PM?

There are those who can not make it toward the end of August or the beginning of September. What does every one think of September 20 or 21 (with either being in the evening)? One can see what evey one can carry in their Smart car.

BWG, I'd recommend Saturday evening, especially for those that have to travel any distance. Getting home late Sunday night and having to work the next day is no fun! Also, maybe we should close out two of these threads and just use one so folks aren't confused, possibly thinking there are 2 M&Gs!

Saturday evening is better for the reason you stated. Is September 20 a good date?
