Nope. Top car has its lights on the inside. This one has them on top. Jersey City must be on a spending spree.
They both appear to be car # 2620. The most likely situation is that a decision was made to switch from a roof-mounted light bar to interior-mounted flashers, or vice versa.
My photos could be when they were first obtained and the other when it is in actual use. Perhaps the police officers that use them are considered smart cops?
Sighted one parked at Paramus Fabric's on Rte. 17N red with flames and a key in the back another one was at Trader Joe's/Office Depot Paramus NJ right in front of the store reddish orange in color both had a black Tridion.

The car with flames belongs to mvaldes. I've spotted him parked in that same spot several times myself.
