First question... Have you reserved yet? ($99). If not got to http://www.smartusa.com and reserve your place in line. Months later you'll get an email to finalize your order. Based on your zip code you will be assigned to a dealer.

Welcome and enjoy to journey.

at a location nearest you

I reseved my Smart Fortwo Pure in July of 2007. It came in March 2008. I was told that it was at Smart Center Edison. There is a dealer map at Smart USA that one can locate the closest dealer to you. It will give you some idea where it might be delivered to.

If you're flexible with the options then get on an ophan list, it will help shorten the wait. Oh, and by the way Welcome to the forum.

Show off. ;)

I reserved my Smart Fortwo Pure in June 2007 and I am still waiting for a potential July 2008 delivery.

depends on features ordered?

I read that they are behind in making them. It would be logical that those who reserved first would get theirs first but it does not seem to be that way. Perhaps what one orders with it might make the difference? My Fortwo is the Pure model. It does not have a radio or ac and no sun roof. Perhaps they have some but not many ordered the Pure? Perhaps it takes longer to make the Passion convertible?

I am glad I have mine. I have over a thousand miles on it.
