Guys,

I sincerely apologize for not responding to some of your emails. I am the point of contact to the biggest smart center in the United States. Please do not take offense as I have not yet returned your emails. Simply put, I am trying my hardest to answer EVERYBODY, but I am only one person and being swamped and backed-up is an understatement.

I HAVE to give my priority to customers who walk in through the front door. It would go the same for ANY OF YOU walking in to the door. Emails are adequate, but phone calls are better. Even better than that is physically coming to my showroom so I can assist you in person.

Again, I apologize for not responding back to your emails. My customers are important to me, and my boss Ray Catena, would have a heart attack if he knew my customers were unhappy.

Please accept my apology and I look forward to speaking with you guys soon!

i've given up on edison.. honestly, i spent saturday calling all day.. left a vm no answer.

Edision is about money

I've given up on Edision too.That Ray Catena would be upset is bs.Customer service is not what is most important there,despite all they say their actions show profit is what is most important.Calling people back answerring emails shows respect for the customer.It is all part of service,anything else is just an excuse,imho.$2500 dollars worth of addons knowing people will pay shows what is important,money .If they could $5000 I am sure they would mark it up to that.

Hi guys,Well I have just thrown in the towel!! Way Way too many unanswered e-mails and phone calls to my dealer smart center edison nj.I REALLY LIKED MY SMART but with the way they were screwing around with the orphans and the you need us we don't need you attitude I just couldn't take that and a 1yr. wait on top.So today I test drove a Honda fit eally liked the ride feel and POWER and for $16475 got myself a silver loaded Honda with a 36 mth warrenty.For the rest of you guys good luck on your smarts and I hope your dealers better than mine.
