Wow.... Don't deal with this guy. One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had.
He pre-approved me via phone for a vehicle that was already sold...called me the next morning to tell me it was a mistake and it was already sold...right as I was getting in the car to head to the dealership. He then promised to call me back in 15 minutes about a second chance offer, but after 3 hours passed I couldn't reach him.
When I called (for the 6th+ time...its been f-ing 3 hours) he blew me off telling the receptionist to let me know he was with a customer. I asked for a different salesman and that very nice guy accidentally (without knowing the situation) told me that he could see the other salesman standing there and was not helping any customer at all. Wow. He couldnt bother to call me back for 2 minutes to admit the mistake was final.
